Commencing immediately Como Park Childcare and Kindergarten is seeking a Book Keeper/Administration support person on a permanent part time basis within a early childhood setting (2-3days a week -tue and thursday with an negotable thrid day. 18hrs a week). In this role you will enjoy working with a highly motivated & successful team that work hard yet have lots of fun. The office is professional yet relaxed and provides a great team environment.
Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
Preparing invoices for parents
Organising Payroll
Book Keeping
Liaising with accountant and Director
Overseeing Enrolments
Archiving
General office admin
In this role, you should:
Have exceptional customer service/ communication skills and an eye for detail
Previous experience using Smartcentral/smartfees/childcare easy pay/Xero/word/excel.
Previous experience using Kindergarten management system (Kim) and experience with Childcare subsidy/ Centerlink.
