We are a growing domestic building company specialising in high-quality residential renovations, with a strong focus on bathroom and interior projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team and support projects from concept through to construction and installation.
This is a full-time hybrid role, suited to a confident and capable designer who enjoys working closely with both clients and construction teams to deliver practical, buildable, and beautifully resolved spaces.
About the Role:
This role is focused on delivering well-considered residential interior design solutions, primarily across bathroom and renovation projects. You will work closely with management, site teams, and clients to ensure designs are both creative and construction-ready.
Key responsibilities include:
• Creating detailed interior design schemes from concept through to spatial layouts and FF&E selections
• Producing detailed technical drawings and documentation using Archicad or Revit
• Developing mood boards, renderings, and presentation materials
• Presenting design concepts to clients in a clear, confident, and approachable manner
• Supporting projects through all phases, from design development to installation
• Liaising with suppliers, trades, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Managing multiple projects and timelines effectively.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Appropriate qualification in Interior Design or related field
• 5+ years of professional interior design experience
• Strong residential experience (essential)
• Bathroom renovation experience highly regarded
• Proficiency in Archicad or Revit (essential)
• Knowledge of Programa highly regarded
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and residential design standards
• Confidence presenting and communicating with clients
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Remuneration
Competitive salary based on experience.
Indicative range: $80,000 – $90,000 + super.
