 
        
        Sterra is looking for a dedicated **Administration Manager & Safety Officer** to support our Director while championing a safe and compliant work environment.
**About the Role**
This dynamic dual-role position blends the responsibilities of a traditional Personal Assistant to the Director with the critical oversight of our workplace health and safety protocols. You'll be instrumental in streamlining administrative operations and ensuring that Sterra maintains a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administration Duties**:
- Organise staff schedules 
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed. 
- Handle confidential information with discretion. 
- Oversee general office administration and support company-wide administrative processes.
**Workplace Safety Oversight**:
- Implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures. 
- Manage All Staff Documents - including tracking machine tickets, certificates, and licenses, and coordinating the acquisition of new certifications for operators. 
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. 
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. 
- Coordinate training sessions and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
**Qualifications** 
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. 
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and practices. 
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
- Certifications in workplace safety (e.g., OSHA, WHS) are highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Bonus 
- Overtime pay 
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northam WA 6401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred) 
- Invoicing: 1 year (preferred) 
- Civil Construction Industry: 1 year (preferred)
