Role
This is a position for a Senior Property Manager to slot right on in & join a team that has low staff turnover. We are looking for a go-getter!
* Manage a neat, tidy and local based portfolio of properties
* Manage a Junior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant
* Liaising with landlords
* Conducting repairs and maintenances
* Rental arrears management
* Completion of outgoings
* Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
* NO accounts and NO weekends.
Candidate
* A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
* Previous Property Management experience
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships
* Great presentational skills
* Be a motivated self-starter
