Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner.
* Manage reception calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain the front of house and office areas to project a polished corporate image.
* Replenish kitchen and office supplies.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and conference facilities.
* Assist in planning and delivering office events.
* Sort and distribute incoming mail and newspapers.
* Liaise with cleaning contractors to ensure a spotless workspace.
* Prepare new starter packages and welcome materials.
* Conduct monthly maintenance checks to ensure workplace safety.
* Arrange maintenance quotes and follow up with contractors.
* Process facilities-related invoices for payment.

Requirements:

* 12+ months' experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site organisation.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging with all levels of staff and clients.
* Strong organisational and time management skills in a corporate environment.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Proactive, action-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
