Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational leadership, governance and professional direction for nursing/midwifery services at Ceduna District Health Services, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. Lead and oversee contemporary professional practice frameworks, clinical standards, workforce systems and healthy work environments across the service. Manage human, financial and material resources within scope, ensuring due diligence, budget accountability and sustainable service delivery. Lead innovation, quality improvement, research-informed practice and change management initiatives aligned with EFNLHN priorities and emerging service needs. Coach, mentor and support senior nursing and midwifery leaders, while working closely with executive colleagues, external partners and staff representative bodies.
