The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of fitness principles, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help clients reach their fitness objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, health history, and fitness level.
* Develop customised training programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
* Provide one-on-one training sessions, motivating and guiding clients through workouts.
* Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
* Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
* Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
Requirements:
* Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to adapt training techniques to different fitness levels and personalities.
* CPR and first aid certification.
* WWCC and Police Check.
* Insurance.
