**Who are we looking for?**:
Due to services growth we are seeking individuals who are motivated and have a keen eye to providing effective and efficient general maintenance support duties, including gardening and grounds maintenance services for our clients.
**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Perform gardening and grounds maintenance and install and maintain watering systems.
- Carry out timely and quality maintenance and repairs of plant & equipment.
- Undertake with supervision and support, various Multi Trade disciplines including the operation of associated equipment.
- Ensure all chemicals are used and stored in accordance with site procedures and manufacturer's instructions.
- Ensure all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures/manufacturer's instructions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all tasks performed.
- Role model a customer-focused approach across all areas of the business.
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Understanding of various general maintenance duties, including but not limited to horticulture and landscape gardening maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work to established procedures and complete work to a high standard.
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure jobs are completed within required timeframes.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Basic administrative and computer skills to maintain records and access documentation.
- Qualification in horticulture or other trade relevant / experience to the role (desirable)
- TGA approved COVID-19 vaccinations and recent Influenza vaccination.
- Full driver's licence.
