About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Used Truck Sales Manager to drive local sales operations (80%) while supporting national inventory strategy (20%). This role offers a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic collaboration to maximise sales and optimise inventory performance.
This role will be based at our Daimler Trucks Brisbane dealership.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer focus: maintaining positive and harmonious working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Achieve sales and profit targets while maintaining inventory within policy limits.
* Ensure vehicles meet VTC standards and are marketed professionally online.
* Build solid relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Collaborate with the national team on strategies, market analysis, and stock audits.
* Analyse and resolve issues with slow-moving inventory.

* Proven sales management experience in automotive or trucking industries.
* Robust skills in inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing compliance.
* Analytical mindset, organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
