As a Pharmacist at Toowoomba Hospital, you'll play a vital role in safe, patient-centred care while working alongside a passionate team making a real difference every day.What Your Day Will Look Like...You'll be actively involved in providing safe and effective medication management—dispensing, counselling, and supporting patients and their families to understand and manage their treatments.
Working closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, you'll use your clinical expertise to guide medication decisions, contribute to care planning, and improve outcomes.
Your role will also give you opportunities to participate in medication safety initiatives, quality improvement projects, and teaching or mentoring future pharmacists.
