About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Partner to support the Central‑West Orana project. The Talent Partner will work closely with leaders, employees, candidates and stakeholders to provide efficient and timely recruitment support and 360 HR services across the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment support for the Central‑West Orana Project.
* Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders.
* Source talent across platforms including LinkedIn, Seek and internal redeployment opportunities.
* Act as champion for recruitment processes and procedures for management teams.
* Provide management teams with relevant upskilling in selection tools.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Ideally a Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Proven capability in delivering talent to businesses in talent‑short markets using alternative sourcing strategies.
* Exposure to Mining, Infrastructure or Building industries is an advantage, though not required.
* Experience with Workday or other full‑delivery Human Resource Systems is an advantage.
* Experience with internal TA functions is beneficial.
