**About the company**
Working with a value based NFP organisation providing day to day operational leadership to staff members within the scheduling, administration & community field teams. This is a newly created position to support with the continued growth and development of the Homecare service.
**The role**
Working within a rapid-paced centralised office base, you will lead, motivate & mentor staff members surrounding outstanding service delivery to clients receiving homecare support.
Being a passionate & nurturing leader, you will have the ability to empower your team to achieve outcomes for clients within their own homes, with the ability to quickly & effectively solve any concerns that arise or delays within the service.
Utilising your strong communication, organisational and customer service skills you will be able to extend your leadership & support to your field-based team members.
**Summary of Duties**
- Provide daily motivation, support & direction to office & field-based team
- Build excellent working relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure high quality care is delivered to all homecare clients
- Provide high level of customer service
- Support staff & clients with any concern/complaint resolutions
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience within a similar position within community homecare
- Experience with leadership of scheduling & field-based staff
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to drive & improve service delivery
- Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
