Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations, drive sales and surplus targets, and maximize stock efficiency.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing retail teams, leading by example, and inspiring their colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
They will also be responsible for keeping budgets on track, managing rosters and wages, and ensuring optimal cost control and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive store success by leading retail operations to hit sales and surplus targets.
* Maximize stock efficiency by ordering, pricing, and displaying products according to company standards.
* Inspire and lead a high-performing team of paid employees and volunteers with regular training and performance feedback.
* Keep budgets on track by managing rosters and wages to ensure optimal cost control and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
They will also have experience using Workday HCM system and alignment with our organization's mission and values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
