Job Description

Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales growth, creating a positive customer experience, and achieving profitable outcomes.



* Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
* Meet quality and profitable sales targets according to established standards.
* Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and address any queries.
* Ensure all visual merchandise is presented at a high standard.
* Manage web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
* Comply with legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.
