As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead how the FUNDAY brand shows up globally in the social world: shaping our voice, personality, and cultural relevance across every social touchpoint.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a best-in-market content engine for a breakout brand and make a meaningful mark on the next phase of FUNDAY's growth.
About the Role
As Content Marketing Manager, you will define and lead FUNDAY's social content strategy end-to-end, owning brand storytelling, tone of voice, creative territories and campaign moments that drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you willown:
Strategic Content Leadership
* Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy across all social touchpoints in key markets (domestic and abroad), including community and creator
* Define content pillars, creative territories and platform-specific playbooks
* Own the social content calendar aligned to major retail, NPD and commercial priorities
* Ensure content supports key campaigns, trade moments and growth initiatives
* Be accountable for social contribution to brand growth against defined business KPIs
Brand Storytelling & Personality
* Lead the evolution of FUNDAY's voice and personality across social channels to deepen cultural relevance & engagement
* Create memorable, distinctive brand moments that build long-term equity
* Ensure creative consistency across all social channels, in line with broader brand activity
Campaign & Growth Integration
* Lead social-first campaign amplification for key brand and retail moments
* Partner with Digital to optimise content for performance and paid scaling
* Translate insights and analytics into sharper creative execution
* Ensure social activity ladders up to commercial objectives including awareness, traffic and conversion
Creator & Community Engine
* Build and manage a high-performing creator ecosystem
* Identify, brief and secure aligned creators to amplify brand storytelling
* Ensure creator content drives measurable awareness, engagement and conversion
* Champion a structured test-and-learn approach across hooks, formats and creator partnerships
* Lead and mentor the Social Content Creator
* Set clear priorities, performance expectations and creative standards
* Build efficient workflows that support speed, quality and cultural relevance
WhatYou'llBring
* 5+ years' experience in content, social or creative strategy within a high-growth brand or agency environment
* Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
* Proven ability to translate trends and performance data into scalable creative direction
* Strong commercial awareness - you understand how content drives business outcomes
* Experience leading creators and managing performance expectations
* Positive mindset: you thrive in a fast-paced, fun, high-growth environment
* Strategic but hands‐on & comfortable setting direction and executing
