The role is based in our Unanderra Office, Monday to Friday.ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to interior design concepts across a range of project types and scalesTranslate client needs into creative yet practical design outcomesDevelop documentation packages from concept through to deliveryCollaborate closely with architects, consultants, and other internal departmentsStay hands-on with detailing, materials, and specificationsContribute to design discussions that influence projects from the ground upQualificationsQualification in Interior Architecture / Interior Design5–10 years' experience in practice (childcare, education, workplace, or health experience an advantage)Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and documentation skills and exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/3D visualisationProven ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projectsA collaborative, proactive mindset with solid communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability to meet project demandsWhy join us?
