Our Business Units
BWE Drilling - Drill & Blast
Our Drill & Blast division delivers full production drilling and specialised blasting services across mining and civil projects. Services are designed to achieve high productivity while minimising impact on surrounding environments and active operations.
BWE Drilling - Exploration
Our Exploration division is an established drilling contractor supporting exploration and mining programs with Air Core, Reverse Circulation and Diamond Drilling services. The team works across diverse greenfield and brownfield projects in Australia.
BWE Drilling - Waterwell
Our Waterwell division specialises in water bore drilling and well services, operating across local government and Tier 1 mining clients in Australia. Projects range from mine‐site water supply to deep artesian bore drilling.
Positions of Interest Include:
* Shot Crew
* Blast Crew
* MPU Operators
* Site Management
* Experienced Drill Operators (T45 & D65 experience highly regarded)
* Drill Fitters
To Be Successful, Candidates Will Ideally Have:
* Previous experience in mining and/or drill & blast operations
* Relevant tickets, licences and site competencies
* Experience operating or working alongside T45 and D65 drill rigs
* Strong safety focus and ability to work within site procedures
* Ability to work in remote environments and FIFO rosters
* Current driver's licence
* National Police Clearance (mandatory)
* Ability to pass pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
