About the Assignment This role is responsible for assisting with the annual Community Engagement Plan for NSW with a primary focus on the consultation and engagement required to support the Narrabri Gas Project. The Office Coordinator will assist Santos’ relationships with key community stakeholders, coordinate the community investment, sponsorship and grants program and deliver community education, engagement and consultation initiatives. Standard Monday to Friday work week with some regional travel and out of hours attendance at community events. Key accountabilities include: Managing and directing the day-to-day operations and resources of the office. Overseeing administration tasks, including document management and office supplies. Attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks to shifting workflow requirements over the day. Responding to all correspondence and enquiries, either via phone/email or in-person, in a professional manner. Ensuring that office equipment is kept in good working condition and that essential supplies are consistently available. Maintaining accurate records and manage the office’s accounts to support smooth administrative operations. Collaborating with relevant people to coordinate office functions and address any issues promptly. Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless communication and task coordination. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document archiving. Overseeing travel logistics, including flight and accommodation bookings, travel insurance, and corporate travel accounts. Managing venue bookings, catering, and RSVPs for corporate events and conferences. Identifying and facilitating opportunities with businesses in the operating footprint to supply goods or services to Santos About You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Coordinator. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Strong interpersonal, public speaking, written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and maintain high attention to detail. Self-motivated & highly organized - Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role Ability to travel for work requirements on occasion Mandatory Tickets / Quals / Certs A current and valid drivers’ license Tertiary qualifications in business management or similar will be highly regarded
