Due to increased workload, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their collaborative finance team on an immediate basis. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working across the full function of accounts. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end accounts payable processing Accounts receivable management, including invoicing and reconciliations Bank and general ledger reconciliations Processing journals and assisting with month-end close Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero Supporting payroll processing (where required) Assisting with reporting and audit preparation Managing finance inbox and stakeholder queries This position requires someone who can hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision.
