Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn. You'll support a wide variety of digital marketing initiatives across both brands, from B2B lead generation and content for Ingenuity to e-commerce campaigns and community engagement for Pokit.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their skills quickly in a hands-on environment, working directly with the CMO and contributing to the success of two industry-leading businesses.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Support : Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
* Social Media & Community : Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across LinkedIn (Ingenuity), Instagram, and Discord (Pokit).
* Email Marketing : Support the development of Klaviyo flows (Pokit) and B2B email campaigns (Ingenuity).
* Content Creation : Produce high-quality written and visual content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Website Updates : Help maintain Shopify (Pokit) and Webflow (Ingenuity) sites.
* Analytics & Reporting : Track marketing KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROAS, engagement), prepare reports, and share insights with the CMO.
* Coordination & Organisation : Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns stay on track.
* Learning & Growth : Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table.
About You
* 0–2 years of marketing experience, or relevant coursework/internship.
* A self-starter who is motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
* Strong interest in both B2B marketing (content, lead-gen, LinkedIn) and consumer marketing (social, e-commerce, community).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, or Webflow is a plus (training provided).
* Comfortable working independently while taking direction directly from the CMO.
