Senior People & Culture Business Partner | Immediate Start
2-Month Temp Contract | 5 days on-site Role
The Role
Take on an immediate temp opportunity as a Senior HRBP for a major global manufacturing and distribution business. This immediate-start contract puts you at the center of a large-scale AU business unit, where you'll partner with site managers to maintain operational stability and uphold best‐practice HR standards on the ground.
Your role
* End-to-End HRBP Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle
* Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex matters, investigations, and compliance within an industrial framework.
* Change Management: Support change initiatives and organisational design projects.
* Systems & Data: Oversee P&C operations to drive data integrity and reporting.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with AU Head of P&C and global executives to support people strategies.
About You
* Experience: Strong background as an HR Generalist, ideally within a blue‐collar or industrial environment.
* Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating ER matters and site-based people operations.
* Availability: Immediate start required for a 2-month temporary contract.
* On-site presence: You are happy to be fully on-site 5 days/week (staff parking available)
