Job Title: Nursing Unit Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals in a semi-rural location, close to beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and relevant nursing qualifications. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Assessment and Rehabilitation Unit, coordinating high-quality patient care, and ensuring effective health service delivery.

, as well as contributing to strategic planning and professional development within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to work effectively with patients, families, carers, healthcare providers across all sectors (public private non-governmental), multidisciplinary teams as well other stakeholders. It is also expected that they can maintain accurate records electronically such as EMR clinical system data base entry reports etc., while working independently yet collaboratively.
