The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join EPIC during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

As the People & Training Support Officer based in our Kalgoorlie office, you'll be part of a collaborative People (HR) & Training team providing high-quality administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle tracking, training coordination, and compliance. You'll work closely with managers, employees, and external training providers to ensure our people have the right support, resources, and training to thrive in their roles.

Located residentially in our Kalgoorlie office, you will enjoy a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities such as:

* Recruitment support – scheduling interviews, completing initial screening, interview schedules, onboarding.
* Maintaining employee management systems – updating HRIS, trackers, document control, employee files etc.
* Coordinate and track employee life cycle milestones including licences, expiry dates, probation dates, anniversary dates etc.
* Coordinate and assist with key HR calendar activities including HR days, training, remuneration reviews etc.
* Complete reporting as required with the guidance of advisors including FTE, leave liability, audit compliance etc. reporting.
* Coordinating internal and external training – booking sessions, liaising with providers, tracking attendance, and maintaining training registers.
* Preparing resources and supporting induction training.
* Be the first point of contact for employee queries and questions.
* Take the lead on certain People (HR) & Training projects where you are the owner and support the broader team with offering project support to your team.

You

You will have a passion for people, teamwork and creating a company culture which is fun, productive and most importantly, supportive. You will have previous administration experience and be confident in how to manage an administrative workload effectively.

Better still if you are currently working toward an HR qualification or have an interest in studying Human Resources, EPIC is a company which will support your development and growth Of course, confidentiality is a must and being professionally mature enough to know what confidential and sensitive information is as you hear it.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A positive and uplifting demeanour, contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
