Administration Officer | Remote Area Families Service
* Employment Term: Permanent Part-Time (60.8 hours per fortnight, Tuesday to Friday)
* Location: Charleville, Brisbane, Longreach, Mt Isa, Townsville or Mareeba. Travel involved.
* Remuneration: $38.65 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Key responsibilities
* Provide a range of general administrative activities which require initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity
* Diary and meeting management and coordination of travel arrangements
* Undertake the processing of a range of financial recording income and expenditure; accounts payable; procurement card reconciliation; ordering supplies
* Preparing reports, business papers, minutes, correspondences, presentations and maintaining databases and other information systems
* Develop, maintain and administer a records management system for receipt, storage and retrieval of records and correspondence
* Support Management in the development and establishment of new services and maintaining the process for recording statistical data and feedback to inform internal reports and research
* Organise events, functions, workshops and meetings
Please note this role involves travel to sites from time to time.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years providing administrative support and assistance to management
* Certificate IV in Business Administration, Event Management or other relevant qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to identify and resolve issues and willingness to learn
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
