OverviewA privately owned company in operation for over 20 years with BP petroleum retail sites in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.We are seeking for self-motivated and highly organised Store Manager to join our team in attending to the daily operations of the store, management of store staff, retail stock and administration duties at BP Colac East.The core duties of the role will include but are not limited to:Hands on customer serviceStaff management, rostering and trainingDaily banking and reconciliation reportsManagement and ordering of stockPresentation and preparation of quality food and grocery optionsFood handling, cafe presentation and barista experienceDirect communication link with suppliersRequired reporting of fuel, stock and salesCoordination and management of in office kitchen, supply and serviceResponsibility for maintaining the store and ensuring effective retail service for the customer base including conflict resolutionManaging and meeting of KPI'sManagement of workplace Food Safety Compliance, Dangerous Goods Compliance and OH&SExperience; in operating MYOB SystemManaging general repair and maintenanceThe successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:The ability to manage a variety of tasks in an effective manner to ensure the smooth operation of the site and maximise the full potential of the outletAbility to analyse information and data and take action to increase sales and reduce costs through customer service initiativesFocus to drive results, increase sales on last year and exceed business targets to deliver a returned profitDeliver excellence in store operational processes, procedures and visual standardsMaintaining monthly store standards, based on audit resultsPrevious retail management experience of a service station or similar retail outletSkills & ExperienceRelevant experience is valuable, but the right attitude can prove more valuable.
