Senior Legal Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Leader to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal advice and guidance to our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating our legal activities, including briefing external legal advisers and managing our legal team. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining legal precedents, playbooks and processes to create efficiencies and scale legal support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the legal team
* Develop and maintain legal precedents, playbooks and processes
* Advise key stakeholders on regulatory matters
* Provide sound and pragmatic legal advice
* Draft and review contracts and commercial terms of engagement

* Proven experience in a senior legal leadership role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to approach problems independently and think critically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of commercial law and contract management
