Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Nuriootpa

Keolis Downer operates passenger bus services in South Australia under the entities of South Link in the Adelaide Hills area and LinkSA in various regional areas within 100 KMs of Adelaide.
We have an opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Receptionist/Administration Assistant at our Nuriootpa operations. Hours may vary, however they will generally be three full days per week.
THE ROLE
Ensure all incoming telephone calls are attended to in a skilled and courteous manner and where able to handle enquiries, problems & complaints. Direct calls to appropriate personnel as required.
Ensure all visiting customers or clients are greeted in a professional and courteous manner together with appropriate direction whilst on the Link SA premises.
Manage lost property function.
Register and distribute all incoming mail.
Daily completion of the EFTPOS reconciliation and other banking procedures.
Data entry and appropriate maintenance of the school pass database.
Ensure school passes are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Track stock levels for stationery and staff amenities, report requirements to head office.
Run errands, banking and shop for supplies as required.
Support Keoride booking and back up other team members while on leave.
Ad hoc administration and general operational duties as required.
ABOUT YOU

Good computer skills and experience with the MS Office Suite.
