We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. This role will report to the Care Manager Right at Home Macarthur Penrith. This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the Bowral, MossVale, Mittagong, Hill Top, Colovale, Yerribol, Renwick, Braemar, Alpine, Willow Vale, Balmoral, Fitzoy Falls, Kangaloon, east Kangaloon, Avoca, Sutton Forest, New Berrima, Robertson, Exeter, Berrima.
A successful candidate will have the following:
* Ability to provide personal and domestic care
* A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
* Preferred a worker from multi-culture background and ability to speak languages other than English
* Must have Cert III and higher on Disability support/Community health services/ Aged care
* Australian Driving License with fully comprehensively insured car is a must.
* Current First aid and CPR
* Current Working with children(Blue card) and Australian federal police check.
* Ability to speak in Serbian, Turkish, Arabic, Vietnamese or any other language including English.
* 30-40 Hrs Per Fortnight, Main days of availability required Monday, Wed & Friday
