OverviewAt Talia Farms, the 200-hectare table grape property in Lyrup, South Australia, we are preparing for our next harvest early next year and look forward to selling our high-quality grapes to domestic and export markets.To manage the entire spectrum of the field operations during harvest, we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious individual with extensive experience in managing field-based work in the table grape industry to join our team as a 'Field Operations Coordinator'.
You will supervise and coordinate all aspects of field operations to ensure timely, efficient, and safe delivery of the desired quality and productivity outcomes.This involves organising logistics, managing harvest labour, monitoring performance, training field workers, analysing and designing work processes, maintaining records, and coordinating the field activities in collaboration with the Farm Manager, Packing Shed Manager and Labour Hire providers.
