The Role
As the Business Operations Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of our Karratha operations, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional customer experience and strong financial outcomes.
You'll lead staff, drive growth, maintain strong client relationships and ensure operational efficiency - all while promoting a positive safety culture and upholding industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the operations team while overseeing daily activities and maintaining a high-performance environment.
* Build strong client connections, deliver tailored solutions and manage customer issues professionally.
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; manage inventory, logistics, resources, fleet and staff accommodations.
* Promote strong safety, quality and environmental standards; conduct regular checks and ensure staff training; report performance and market insights to senior management.
* Achieve business targets; monitor financial performance; prepare reports and weekly forecasts.
* Review and approve quotations, tenders and timesheets.
* Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities and increasing market presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline (desired).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role.
* Strong operational, financial and contractual management expertise.
* Knowledge of engineering principles (advantageous).
* Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to travel and work remotely as required.
