About The Role
Working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, contribute to service development, and help drive high quality, culturally responsive care for the Burketown community. This is a unique opportunity to grow into the Nurse Practitioner role while shaping innovative primary health care services across North West HHS.
* Provide advanced clinical leadership, coordination, and professional support within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to quality improvement and service development.
* Assist in shaping the NWHHS Nurse Practitioner Model of Care by contributing to governance, scope of practice development, and reporting requirements.
* Support workforce development through mentoring, education, research participation, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
Working with us
* For 1 year will get you an isolation bonus of AUD$3,605. If you stay for 2 years you will get AUD$10,815... and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will get AUD$7,210 (pro rata for part time employees).

Requirements
* Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
* This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
* A period of probation may apply.
