About The Role
* Provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for up to 16 patients, as well as supporting outpatient and hydrotherapy programs.
* Act as the clinical leader on shift, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and taking charge of facility operations after hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, including medication management, wound care, and documentation.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and self-care practices.
