Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Service Designer for a short-term contract to assist with a client project in Perth, WA.
The successful candidate will lead the facilitation of workshops to identify and map out high-level service delivery needs for the entire organisation.
This role involves working with various stakeholders, including clinical psychologists as counselling service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate workshops with complex stakeholder groups
* Develop human-centred design solutions using user research, service mapping, and prototyping
* Drive strategy and storytelling about whole-organisation services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
We're looking for someone who:
* Loves tackling ambiguous problems and shaping clear goals
* Excels at using service design skills to align strategy, people, and technology
* Mentors designers and researchers
