**How will you contribute?** 
We are seeking an exceptional **Communications Manager - Corporate** to join our Operations and Engagement team and lead the Audit Office’s internal and external corporate engagement activities to meet the requirements of staff and stakeholders. The role is also required to provide specialist communications advice to internal stakeholders and help achieve the broader strategic objectives of the Audit Office. 
This role reports to the Director, Operations and Engagement and has a Communications Coordinator and Graphic Designer reporting to it. The key responsibilities of this role include: 
- Contribute to development, and manage the implementation, of the Audit Office’s External Stakeholder Engagement Strategy. This includes delivering of high-quality parliamentary briefings, Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) events and other external public sector activities. 
- Develop and implement the Audit Office’s Internal Communications Strategy, overseeing the production of timely and relevant news and information, newsletters, and digital signage. Provide expert communications support for change projects. Deliver relevant, professional, and engaging all-staff forums each quarter, or as required. 
- Manage the public website, social media channels and the corporate intranet to ensure content is always up to date and presentation is professional, relevant, well-written and accessible. 
- Contribute to the development, and manage the implementation of, the Audit Office Website Governance Framework, particularly in relation to the publication of corporate content 
- Develop insightful and relevant analytics reports to identify engagement trends with corporate content on the Audit Office website and social media channels. This includes general and graduate recruitment, stakeholder engagement, diversity and inclusion, and resources. Oversee media monitoring. 
- Provide expertise and assistance to senior leaders in the development of presentations, speeches, and other engagement activities. 
- Oversee the Annual Report development process to achieve a high-quality product that meets all deadlines as well as legislative, quality and recordkeeping requirements. 
- Manage and champion the Audit Office brand guidelines. Ensuring proper usage, developing, and implementing strategies to educate all employees. Work with external vendors as required. 
- Work directly with a wide range of staff and senior management in relation to communications requirements, production, and delivery. 
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors in relation to the website, monitoring performance and contributing to its continual improvement. 
**What will you need to succeed?** 
- a tertiary qualification in communications or a related discipline or extensive relevant communications experience. 
- experience managing high quality events, face-to-face and online. 
- excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
- proficiency in technology solutions that aid corporate communication, particularly website and social media content management systems, and modern intranet platforms. 
- Australian permanent resident or citizen or New Zealand citizen. 
- successful police check. 
**What are the benefits?** 
On offer is a 35-hour work week and a total remuneration package (including superannuation) range starting from **$105,897 - $133,547** per annum depending on experience, skills, and capabilities. You will also have access to flexible work practices and arrangements.
