About the role
Maverick Care Collective Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sandwai Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. This is a casual position, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As the Sandwai Scheduling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of our aged and disability support services.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage the Sandwai scheduling system to coordinate the availability of our support workers and match them to client needs
2. Liaise with clients, support workers, and other stakeholders to understand scheduling requirements and preferences
3. Adapt schedules in response to changes, such as client availability or support worker absences
4. Maintain accurate records of schedules, client information, and support worker availability
5. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues to ensure seamless service delivery
6. Provide support and guidance to the wider team on the use of the Sandwai scheduling system
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the aged care or disability support sector
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
3. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to manage changes and unexpected situations
4. Proficient in the use of scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) software
5. A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
