 
        
        Wholefood Circus is looking for a Pastry Chef to join our amazing team in Shenton Park.
Trading 7 days, we are looking for a motivated Team Member who LOVES FOOD (like us)
Responsibilities will include;
· Sole responsibility for a wide range of Dolce` including cakes, slices, GF varieties and more
· Monitoring all dishes to ensure quality before they leave the kitchen
· Developing the menu in liaison with the Manager and based on customer feedback
· Working collaboratively with cooks, kitchenhands, food service attendants, and chefs.
· Monitoring portions, wastage, and quality of all dishes
· Ensuring food is stored properly in controlled facility and prepared according to food safety regulations
· Ensuring all dishes and the menu take into account the special dietary requirements of customers
· Ensuring food stock is rotated regularly
· Supervising, training, and coordinating kitchen staff as required
· Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring all food safety standards are enforced.
You will be part of an amazing Kitchen Team and will report directly to the Head Chef and/or Owner, improving not only your repertoire, but also your skills and passion for food.
