ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative individual to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a Brand Communications Manager. You will enable our vision by supporting the delivery of our brand marketing activity across multiple channels including digital, social, PR and influencer. You will partner with the Global Customer team to support our Global activation plans by providing local insights and knowledge and report on all activity to ensure market relevancy. You will drive the implementation of brand communications activity, ensuring global approach and campaign messaging is consistent and engaging. We will look to you to execute local activity and campaigns by partnering with agencies to ensure the brand is represented in the market in a fun and exciting way. This role is a great step-up opportunity in the communications space, so if you have a passion for customer engagement through influential messages, then this could be the perfect role for you.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. PR, Social Media, Digital or similar
* Proven experience in a similar Brand Communications role i.e. PR, Social Media
* Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
* High level of organisation, project management and planning skills
* Ability to work autonomously and with partners in a different location
* Strong communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
* Proficient abilities in Microsoft Office
