The Role
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to provide a secure and nurturing environment for the child's development. This involves harnessing the capacity of extended family networks to ensure the best possible kinship care arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Case Management: Effectively manage cases for children and young people aged 0-18 in Kinship placements.
2. Relationship Building: Support the development of positive relationships between the child, kinship carers, and extended family members.
3. Activity Planning: Engage children in activities designed to promote their resilience and self-esteem.

Your Skills and Experience
* Diploma of Community Welfare Work: Hold a Diploma of Community Welfare Work or related discipline.
* Driver's License: Possess a current driver's license.
* Experience: Have experience in the community services sector in a case management role.
