**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator with high attention to detail. This is a permanent position on offer, with full-time hours, and full training provided Occasional travel to site is required to support service shuts.
We will guide and support you through your development
**Duties include**:
- Ensure timesheets submitted from site are accurate and complete
- Process accurate and timely payroll in line with company schedules
- Liaising with various staff members including Site Supervisors, Coordinators, Payroll and Staff
- Act as first point of contact for payroll queries, providing clear and professional advice
- Work closely with the Planning Department to ensure labour is allocated accurately against jobs
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Contribute to payroll system improvements and audits
**The Requirements**:
- Experience working within a fast-paced administration or data entry role
- Travel is required to support service shuts on site
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a high level of initiative and proactiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationships
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve
