Job Description:
As a key leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing within our organisation. This involves leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace health and safety programs and initiatives.
* Develop and implement regional health, safety, and wellbeing strategies aligned with organisational goals and legislative requirements.
* Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on matters relating to health and safety, workplace wellness, and emergency management systems and practices.
* Review and manage health, safety, and wellbeing incidents, including incident investigations, audits, and inspections.
Additionally, you will represent the region through participation in external audits and lead the implementation of associated recommendations.
