As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment.This role is fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking. You will be standing on your feet for long periods of time, and the general duties involve manual handling (Lifting, pushing, pulling) and repetitive tasks, so it is important applicants are comfortable with physical tasks.RostersMonday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm)Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)Purpose of the RoleOperate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operationInspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specificationsFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesRecord production data and report any issues to supervisorsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and for your colleaguesExperience working within a team environmentGood communication and problem-solving skillsManufacturing and warehousing experience desirableOwn car and licenseFood processing background highly regardedLI-DNIWhy Join Us?At Tip Top Bakeries, we're proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
