The role involves understanding equipment, applications, and data flow, as well as working on analysis and visualization to develop Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, deploy, and support Client Digital's Proficy Plant Applications.
* Create stored procedures, views, tables, and triggers using MS SQL Server.
* Analyze data to derive insights and support decision-making.
* Design and implement logical and physical data models, collaborating with application developers to create and deploy new features.
Required Skills and Knowledge
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting GE Digital's Proficy Plant Applications, GE Historian, and MS SQL Database.
* At least 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server, including coding and management, with programming knowledge in SQL, Java, .NET, and HTML.
* Strong programming skills in creating stored procedures, views, tables, and triggers using MS SQL Server.
* Experience integrating applications like OSI PI, GE Proficy, and MES.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment is advantageous.
* Understanding of data flow from shop floor (Level 0) to enterprise systems (Level 4).
