The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, CRO, and experimentation, with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights. This role is crucial in shaping our marketing strategies and optimizing our product offerings.Key Responsibilities:Lead analysis of marketing and product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to gather and analyze data requirements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product development and marketing strategies.Design and execute CRO experiments to optimize customer journeys and enhance conversion rates.Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and marketing effectiveness, including attribution modeling.Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Lead Unloan's acquisition performance meetings and proactively uncover insights to support leadership decision-making.Help marketing and product teams become self-sufficient in using data and insights.Work with insights leadership to develop strategies and roadmaps for the Acquisition team.We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.Experience with CRO and experimental design.Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with SQL (preferably BigQuery), Python, or other analysis tools is a plus.Familiarity with GenAI is required.Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Note: If you are part of the Commonwealth Bank Group, including Bankwest and x15ventures, please apply through Sidekick.
