What you’ll contribute to
As a Dealer Account Manager, you’ll be the primary link between the company and our supporting dealerships. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll work closely with dealer management and business managers to maximise sales opportunities across our finance and insurance products.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to
* Own and manage relationships across an allocated dealer portfolio
* Act as the first point of contact for all dealership enquiries
* Develop structured call plans to ensure consistent, high‑quality support
* Support onboarding and accreditation of dealership business managers
* Coach and uplift dealer capability through training and performance feedback
* Drive finance and insurance performance aligned to territory budgets and KPIs
* Identify performance gaps and implement practical countermeasures
* Partner with internal stakeholders and regional specialists to deliver results
* Support the rollout of new initiatives and best‑practice programs
Your attributes
* Must have proven success in a sales or territory/account management role (preferred).
* A solid understanding and experience within automotive finance or related companies.
* Previous exposure to dealer networks or franchised environments
* Experience in lending, credit or financial services
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a disciplined approach
* The ability to coach, influence and partner with a variety of stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
