Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team of operatorsExperience with managing budgets, P&L; statements and understanding finances & costsRelevant experience within a quarry operation.
Relevant Qualifications desired.Proven experience in best practice Quarrying.
Sales, maintenance, production, Load and Haul.Strong leadership attributes including positive people management skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage, influence and build rapport with stakeholders from a variety of functions to effectively manage projectsExperience with community engagementHigh levels of resilience and a determination to deliver successful outcomesWhat's On Offer?
