SMAART Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a well-established medical hair centre to find a Client Retention & Growth Specialist to join their team in Deakin, Canberra.
This is a part‐time consultative sales role (62 hours per fortnight, Tuesday–Friday), offering the opportunity to work autonomously while playing a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.
This position is a combination of customer service, account management and consultative sales. You'll take ownership of your patients, supporting them across their treatment journey while driving retention, re‐enrolment and overall clinic growth.
About the role & responsibilities:
* Managing and nurturing existing patients throughout their treatment journey
* Conducting progress reviews and guiding next steps
* Driving re‐enrolments and ongoing engagement
* Owning follow‐ups, conversions and outcomes
* Supporting day‐to‐day clinic operations (CRM, payments, scheduling)
Why this role?
* Permanent part‐time position offering work‐life balance with a consistent Tuesday–Friday schedule
* $65k–$75k FTE + super (pro‐rated to $53–$61k + super for 62 hours a fortnight)
* 1% commission on clinic sales

* Experience in consultative sales, retention or customer service
* You are adaptable and able to balance empathy with commercial outcomes
* Clear, confident and engaging communication skills
* Able to build rapport and trust
* High E.I. and great at offering guidance in sensitive conversations
