This role positively contributes to driving business sales opportunities to the JLL Flex Centres, boosting commitment, occupancy, and performance through lead generation and conversion to sales and license commitments.
The target market sector and focus of each Centre may differ, and this role focuses on market cohorts including multinational corporations, small to medium enterprises, start-ups, collectives, and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify leads based on specific criteria to identify potential opportunities and prioritise them accordingly
* Input lead information and interactions into the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner
* Schedule and coordinate tours of client sites to ensure a positive and memorable experience for prospective customers
* Collaborate with the Sales Lead to identify process improvements and opportunities
* Employ strong negotiation techniques to finalise favourable terms and pricing for both the customer and the client
* Support the Sales Lead in monitoring the flexible workspace market and collating research for competitor analysis
This role requires an ongoing appetite and willingness to learn about coworking, flexible spaces, and commercial real estate to thrive in the long term.
A proven sales-oriented background, preferably from the real estate or flexible workspace industry, is essential, along with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Superior communication skills, written and verbal, are required, as well as effective negotiation techniques to secure favourable terms and pricing during contract discussions.
High attention to detail, superior organisation skills, and a customer-focused mindset are also necessary, along with a passion for providing outstanding experiences.
