Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a range of pastries, cakes, and/or artisan breads to a high standard
* Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all baked goods
* Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety standards
* Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation, and kitchen cleanliness
* Collaborate with the head baker/pastry chef on new product development
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with food safety regulation
Requirements
* Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a pastry cook, baker, or in a similar role
* Passionate about baking and pastry arts with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
