Job Title: Corporate Legal Secretary - High-Level Support Role.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced legal secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our team of partners and associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, email coordination, meeting and travel arrangements, as well as handling document production, amendments, and electronic/hard filing. Additionally, the role involves assisting with monthly billing, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting, as well as collaborating with other teams and secretaries in a collegiate work environment.
About You: To be considered for this role, you will have minimum 3 years of legal secretarial experience ideally in a Corporate team. You will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems ideally Aderant. Availability to start work in Sydney is also required.
