* Manage job scheduling, assigning electricians and coordinating with technicians and customers
* Oversee material logistics, communicating with wholesalers and ensuring timely delivery
* Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring that installations meet company standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within electrical, solar or trades
* Strong organizational and follow-through skills
* Clear communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable using systems such as ServiceM8, GHL, or similar
